I made a definitions file for 2.2.1 with real team names for the following:
Argentina (tiers 1-2)
Australia
Belgium (tiers 1-2)
Brazil (tiers 1-2)
Czech (tier 1)
England (tiers 1-5)
France (tiers 1-3)
Germany (tiers 1-3)
Greece (tiers 1-2)
Italy (tiers 1-3)
Japan (tiers 1-5)
Mexico (tiers 1-3)
Netherlands (tiers 1-3)
Norway (tiers 1-2)
Peru (tiers 1-2)
Romania (tier 1)
Scotland (tiers 1-4)

Teams are based on the late 2000s. Some average talent values were changed to better reflect the strengths of each league relative to international standards.
