It seems that debug mode (999) can be always enable.
Maybe we should add compilation flags to enable or disable debug mode access for user ?

no, that's on purpose. a real game should have cheat codes :-) besides, in debug mode, winning all the time etc. it isn't any fun anyway.

Yes debug and backdoors should always be in.

Id actually like some more available to help with beta testing.
