Transfers between CPU teams?

Can it happen?
This has been (somewhat) requested before. The original query can be found here http://bygfoot.sourceforge.net/phpBB2/v ... .php?t=746. A feature request has been created.
It won't be in there fast though, there are a lot of feature requests waiting for me, but I'll get to it eventually.
