It would be grat to use real players names. Not full names, only part of them, because of trademark, copyright, etc. like other manager games do(see tactical manager, for example ) sample: C. Ronaldo for Cristiano Ronaldo, or L. Messi for Lionel Messi.

I'm pretty sure even abbreviated names like L. Messi would be trademark violation. Otherwise everybody'd do it -- but they don't, as far as I know.
