Is there a team moral or team play (how well a team plays together) concept in the game. If so it may be nice to have a view into this with some kind of graph or dial showing the moral. Moral could be impacted by players wondering about contracts, winning/losing streaks, too many players being traded, etc.
Teams that try to buy players could be penalized slightly due to a lack of team play or team moral. Or teams that treat their players badly (always s youths immediately, no giving good contracts, working too hard and not giving proper rest/training etc)
