There is now an rss feed for the forum. This mainly as we can't send mails from this server to notify people of changes to their posts. It's not an ideal solution, but better than nothing.
You can reach it at http://bygfoot.sourceforge.net/phpBB2/rss.php I will add an icon to the forum main page when I figure out how.
