Bygfoot Football Manager

This update of the Japan definition accounts for promotion/relegation moves, a few scheduling tweaks, and a team merger.

This experimental update uses the new XML tag introduced in the SVN, and though I'm still tweaking things, it appears to work, and follows the real league's schedule much more closely:

I should mention; I noticed that in weeks with two league matchdays that are being simulated because there are no user matches (or with 'goto' in the debugger) the pop-up window isn't drawn correctly. It looks like it's drawing a moving scrollbar instead of a progress bar and the scores don't show. It plays just fine, though.

A few last changes were made to the way the scheduling of the lower leagues, but I'm fairly happy with the way the two-match week tag works for this country.
