This version includes a package for the Windows operating system. You need to install the GTK+ runtime environment first, which you can get here (you need the .exe 32-bit Windows version).
Get the appropriate package for your system at the SourceForge.net project site. A Debian package is available from Debian unstable mirrors. However, I got some bug reports specific to the Debian package, so you might want to compile the game yourself.
Source package users can upgrade their version using the bygfoot-update script.
Bug reports can be filed in the Bug reports forum.
This version is NOT savegame compatible to previous versions! It's even recommended that you remove your $HOME/.bygfoot-X folder(s).
