i know of this bug. it occurs rarely, and i don't know why, or how to reproduce it. you don't have a savegame that reliably produces the crash, do you?

thanks for the savegame. i think i found the bug (and several others ). unfortunately your savegame is corrupted, the bug is 'saved' in the savegame (which is also why i'm not really sure it is fixed).
