Set the money for your team & how hard the game is

I can't choose the money and how hard the game is. I mean there're levels: easy, medium, difficult, really hard
that's true, there are no levels. but you can choose where you start; obviously the game is harder if you start from the bottom league.
however, it might be nice to add some levels in some later version.
