in 1.9 also, the 'save as' dialog has two options, 'cancel' and 'open', this is confusing (first time I saw it I hit cancel thinking I had selected 'load game' by mistake)
can the verb on the other button be changed to 'save' instead?

this is some glade problem 
i didn't find an easy way to correct it (other than creating two different windows, which i don't want to; currently the 'save as' and 'open' are the same window with different operating modes).
i'm going to try harder when it comes to releasing 2.0
