1.9: transfer offer rejected/accepted

I made an offer for a player on the transfer list. The next week two dialogs popped up:
1. Your offer for player Hutton is rejected the fee was too low
2. Your offer for player Hutton is accepted...
I can buy the plyer from the transfer list.
Savegame in attachement.
I bought Hutton allready, the same bug appeared with Mattews (still on the transfer list).

chips and I also found the same bug. it dosent always happen. I have as yet not traced what planets have to align for this to be so.

well if it's reproducible, as atd seems to imply, it should be easy to correct.

hm.. that savegame doesn't help a lot. i'd need one *before* the popups come.

I had no savegame before , first had to click on the buttons before I saw it was a bug.

agh almost.. it still might work.
this is 2 weeks b4 it happens.
i had the blasted thing on save every 2 and not 1

the two players are on the TL tho and I do have offers on them.. I let them ride sometimes.
notice i also have a player on the TL. The game after the next one he gets an offer and i get the rejected then accepted bug on roberts.
