transfer list bug

i had been playing with a club in the french bottom league and i had noticed that no players had been on the transfer list since the start of the game and it was week 4. then in week 4 i played a game then looked at the transfer list and there were two players on it. now this may or may not be coincidence but week 4's game was the first since i started that i had made a substitution in and after that there were players on the transfer list.

coincidence. i started in french bottom league and i got 7 players on the list in week 2.
