Tajikistan 2019 (Top 2 leagues) FIXED

Here is another league and cup structure 'Tajikistan 2019 (Top 2 leagues)'
Tajik Cup rules slightly modified so 2 random teams from the 3rd tier get drawn into the Preliminary Round with the 2nd Tier teams as it is unclear how the real life zonal qualifying selected the teams.

I've created a Super Cup which doesn't seem to load at the start of the second season with an error log of 'cup_check_fixture: bad fixture found in cup Tajikistan Super Cup; cup will be disabled'. If anyone has come across this type of thing before it would be great to fix it.
Update: I've managed to fix this, adding <group>###</group> to the Supercup definition made it show up. I set the group number to 1991 as it the year of Tajik Independence.
I hope to do a Turkmenistan one next.
