1.9 new game live game

Just a thought.. take with salt :)

Whilst i have been "playing" 1.8 I have noticed the live game has given way to the fun of getting up the ladder..ie i have had it turned off to quicken the game. However I have also been beta testing 1.9 and thus playing the live game...

Id like to put forward that I think I would find myself turning it off ...to rip thru the non crucial matches and turning it on for those games I want to "control" better.

It might be a pain to go the/ options /check/ live game on or off
would it be an idea to have two buttons? or at least a function key? that will allow the user to either go next match/no live game or next match live game?

this is a perfectly understandable request. two buttons would be a bit of an exaggeration, though. how about a keyboard shortcut for turning it on and off?
however, options aren't implemented in the gui yet, so you'll have to wait some time for the shortcut.

yep key would be great. is it worth a different "next week" Icon to make it really clear? if your going to a live game or not. ie if you toggle the "special key" it also toggles the bus icon to say a live game icon?

let me know if/when you want one

no, i'd simply add an entry to one of the menus, e.g. the user menu. those can have keyboard shortcuts, too. no icon necessary.
