Boost is too 'boosted'

Post by zekriss2 »

It is not normal that with a medium Polish team I can easily win most of my UEFA cup games 4/0 or 6/2 just because I use the boost option - no matter how well I manage my team - while I'm not sure at all I would win them without the boost option... The difference between normal games and 'boosted' games should be more subtle...
Furthermore, it would be a good idea that some opponents (=computer teams) use themselves the boost option for important games - we would be advised the week before the game for example that our opponent will be boosted ...

Indeed, boost is very, very strong. But it is sometimes hard to know if you would win you match without it. I think boot is too strong for two reasons:
- The opponents don't use it
- It should lead to a big fitness decrease, e.g. 10%, instead of a few injuries and red cards. OK for injuries, but how do you want to win if you have 2 red cards? It is a logical problem.

I totally agree for the red cards (I easily won games where I got 2 or 3 red cards !) and I totally agree that the opponents should use them too (see what I proposed in my previous post). About the fitness decrease I'm not so sure it should be worse though, because most of my boosted games end up with one or two of my players getting badly injured...

erm i was under the impression that the fitness does decrease a bit more when the boost is on and opposingly, isnt as bad with the antiboost on?
as well as the cards and injuries
