Kyrgyzstan 2019 (Top 2 leagues)

Here is my first attempt at a country configuration for Kyrgyzstan including a name set;

Divisions included are;

Kyrgyzstan League
Kyrgyzstan 2nd division A
Kyrgyzstan 2nd division B

I haven't included the cup as the rules I found on the Russian Wikipedia are quite confusing and I'm not sure how to code it.

First round: Stage 1/32 finals. Only clubs from the north of the country participated. 2 teams from the Second League and 2 from the First hosted teams from the First League, and both junior teams advanced.
Second round: Stage 1/16 finals. The 4 winners from the previous round were joined by 4 First League teams in the north, as well as 5 First League clubs and 3 Second League clubs in the south. 2 teams of the Second League (“Kok-Jangak” and “Jalal-Abad”) managed to advance further.
1/8 finals: The 8 winners of the previous round were joined by 8 Major League clubs. 4 clubs of the First League advanced to the next stage, and all clubs of the Second League completed their performance. “Abdysh-Ata” did not show up for the match against “Dordoi”-2 and was given a technical defeat
