More/Less Leagues + more/less teams in each league

I saw that each country has 5 leagues with each a number of teams in it. But there are not in each country 5 leagues and so many teams in 1 league. It would be better if you can change this when you make a country file.

this will be implemented in 1.9. have a look at the forum development stages and the posts '1.9.0: * definition files'.

but don't count on 1.9.0 getting released soon. it's still a LONG way to go.
