Youth team/reserves

Just wondered if you had considered adding a youth team and/or reserve team (I appreciate that this would probably be a great deal of work)

Also the maximum number of players you can have in your squad seems a bit low (compared to modern squad sizes)

youth team is on the todo list (sort of). and squad size will be more flexible in 1.9, we'll have to find out the best value.
