Transfer List

This is not really a bug report, but an enhancement. I would loike to see in future editions that when you put a player on the transfer list, that you can set a fee and or price for the player to be put on the transfer list. This way, if you want to transfer a player quickly, you could set a lower fee and salary. The opposite would be true.
