The problem is: how to get 8 teams to the promotion playoffs from 3 different leagues? This is the case in the Swiss 1. Liga (switzerland3a-c), w/ 3 different leagues on the same level, and as you found out, the 1. and 2. from each league get picked as well as two best third-placed teams. How can this be done?
