Bygfoot Football Manager 2.1.1 is released.
This unstable release has some new features, contains new country
definitions, has more translations for the training camp and some bug fixes.
New features, minor changes:
Changes in gui to make bygfoot more usable for blind users.
Added the possibility to swap players using the RETURN key.

Added a couple of new tags to the XML definition system. Related
to weeks with two match days of the same competition.
Changed the ticket income of cup matches without a second leg.
Now the ticket income is subdivided. 50% for each team.
Changed the costs of the training camps.
New definitions:
Added new definitions for USA, Argentina, Mexico, Japan
