New maintainer and lead developer

Since I stopped working on Bygfoot, Mark Lawrenz (who's incidentally from Germany, as well) offered to dust off his programming skills and continue maintaining and developing the project.

I'll do my best to help him. I don't think I'll actually be coding in any way, but I'll be glad to advise him (and anyone else who'd like to develop Bygfoot) and help him understand the mess I've created over the years.

I really hope you'll be as supportive to Mark as you've been to me, giving him feedback, requesting features (that's how most cool features get born, you know) and reporting bugs; and of course creating new country definitions and updating old ones, and last, but not least, translating the game.
