what should be done before the release:
- test. i've made a few structural changes that could lead to nasty segfaults, and i can't be sure i found all weaknesses.
- update translations. i'm also going to write an email to the translators about this. the current stats are (translated/fuzzy/untranslated):
- bulgarian: 612/12/12 = 97%
- german: 636/0/0 = 100%
- spanish: 626/3/7 = 98%
- french: 616/13/7 = 98%
- dutch: 614/13/9 = 97%
- polish: 627/4/5 = 99%
- romanian: 580/29/27 = 93%
- chinese: 597/12/27 = 95%
- add a few icons. this is not crucial, but i hope vector can come up with a few icons, for instance for the WC 2006 definition.
