1.9.1 feature freeze

there won't be any new features in the cvs version of the 1.9 branch anymore. i'm hoping to be able to release on sep. 10, but this also depends on whether i can do the windows port without problems (or whether simon has the time to help me with it).

i'm not announcing a string freeze yet because there might be small changes to the memorable matches feature, but surely not big ones.

anyone who has the time should play a bit with the cvs version and post if any bugs occur.
