Don't know if it is a bug or a feature, but I started a game with a player that was banned from the previous game. Then reconsidering, decided to substitute the banned player at half time, but was then told I could not sub a banned player. This is of course true if the player got the red card in that game, but should that be the case also if the player got the red card in the previous game? I know that it a bit strange scenario, but since one are allowed to start a game with a banned player "on the pitch" ...
i'm not sure i'm going to try and fix it, though, because it could be too complicated and the benefit isn't that great (why would anyone want to start with a banned player?).

I started with a banned player because too many players were injured and I wanted to save other players for more important games. Anyway, a very special example.
fixed. i seem to have found an easy way. i hope i didn't break anything the code is beginning to get complicated, 30 000 lines without the gui, which is 50% more than the 1.8 code i really wonder why the packages aren't bigger than the 1.8 packages.
