Hi, how can I play starting with some poor team? After 1 season, I always fired by team due my debit, but I never buy a player, only make some enlargementat my stadium...!

last time i played, i got successful by not buying a lot of new players, rather concentrating on stadium enlargement. but this doesn't seem to work with you. maybe your team was simply too weak?

There is no doubt starting at the bottom and being succesfull is very difficult. As gyboth said you could have gotten a really weak team to sart with, making it even more tricky.
my tips
Dont borrow too much. In the bottom leagues, away matches really drain the resources, If your paying off loans it becomes impossible to get out of debt.
Build stadium rather than team
Especially stadium safety!! Keep it high, above 90%
Try and ballance team wages against income. I try to survive with only 18 players thus saving 2 players wages. Of course injuries become more difficult to manage.
Dont expect to become top of the league in first season. Do it slowly and strengthen your side.
Getting a team promoted from the bottom leagues to the higher leagues is a great achievment and part of the challange of the game I like most.
good Luck

Im promted to make an addition to this post after playing a particular side for over 12 seasons now.
I started bottom of the English league.
The history Ill keep brief as I didnt keep a diary and the history function on bygfoot isnt as good as Id hoped. I cant for eg now , look back at say season 3 and check out my finance or player skill position.
So memory will have to do. I really didnt expect it to take this long to get up thru the divisions and thus did not start this game with the "report" idea in mind.
It took some basic work to get thru the lower leagues. Big player sell off build the stadium then slowly crawl up. Pretty much one season per division from memory maybe two in some div.
I made my mistake in the second from top div I should have stayed down one more season in an attempt to build the stadium. You really need to enter the topdiv with 40k+ stadium and a few million( I think I entered with about 30kcapacity), if you want to rip to the top. I have spent the last 4-5 seasons drifting up and down the middle table ballancing stadium increase against team building. You cant just build the stadium because your team skill would be too low you would loose and then get sacked or go broke. I kinda worked one season on the team and then the next on stadium and alternate. This last season I was rank 1 for 10 weeks but then slowly crumbled. With only a minimum 1 mill in the bank to cover ongoing costs and only 16 -15 players to keep the wages down the old mid season injuries wacked me for six again. This is by far the most governing factor. Without suffering these injuries I would have been rank one 2-3 seasons back.
At some stage during the season i will have to cope with and inj>10 with multiple inj<5 and bans of 3-5. without a strong squad you slide down the ladder or go broke on physio costs.
You cant waltz into a store and buy great players. they drift pass 4-5? a season and never when you have the money to capitilise on it :X
I find constant compromise and trade offs affecting my decisions. which is how it should be.
To wrap it up its great. i have not once encountered and easy path thru to glory(when starting in the lower div).
I have won the various cups in the top div at times(even when playing as this mid table team) but never focused on them(apart from proving that I could) because it gets you no money increase and weakens your team with more matches.
The whole thing feels pretty ballanced to me when you compare it with life in the real english league.

yeah !! season 13 and my slow build from the bottom up approach is paying dividends.
I scraped thru into rank 2 this season 2 points behind top.
had to run some risks with attack and boost to get there towards the end and took on an extra player which would have seen me in funds problems if I hadnt made it but having come second the prize money paid for it
Im not totally out of the woods just yet but the last 2 seasons have seen an increase in ease of winning and coping with injuries.
I should get manager of the year

Here is my strategy...
I start in the lowest division. The first years I try to stay in this division and spend my money on more seats. The advantage of playing in this division is the cheap seats. I aim for a 12th position to avoid complaining managers and to avoid promotion. Until a number of 100 000 seats, it will cost 4 years. I spend money on better players to promote to better divisions. These years I keep the % of my stadium above 96 % and muy no more seats. The best way of income these years are the cups played at home.
Reached the highest division home matches may be visited by up to 90 000 people, and is worth a 1000 000. Now I earn the money to spend more on seats...
In between the 80th and 100th season my money counter will reach the 2^31 and will be followed by a -2^31.
This will cause problems with my bank which I cannot oversee and I quiet.
My record is 83 seasons to reach this score....

Well done. I dont tend to keep going much past a few seasons at the top position. If all goes well, by the time I get there my team and its foundations (stadium, finance, players) are very strong and I dont get much out of "winning" all the time . I tend to start a new game at the bottom.
Are you using YA (youth academy) this really adds some avenues for stratergy.
I tend to spend 4 years in the bottom league. (2-3 in others allthough by the time I get close to the top leagues im very strong and can zip thru a div in 1 season, if lucks on my side))This is ample time to build the stadium and recieve benefit from the YA. I played an entire game from bottom to top using only YA players! I never bought one from the TL until the season at the top where the YA players dont quite work out . I also miss timed the previous season..thats getting the players skill in line with their age and league avg so they all reach the best at the same time. Im sure it could be done with a little more persistance:)
Planning ahead is required to use the YA well and its great fun and a challange to do it this way.

didn't it get boring after season 40 or so?
and what's really interesting, did you dominate the championship and the cups after you bought yourself a really good team, or did the cpu teams catch up? did you win the championships 70-83?
