I realise this would mean adding things to the team db.
But it might be nice to add two colours per teams db.
Away and Home colours.
The teams Home ground name.
We could then make the treeview background the Teams colour
and it would a little realism knowing where we were playing (without infringing copyright) As a previous post mentioned team emblems would be nice but causes major legal problems

All right, but where would we use them? There aren't any player jerseys shown in the game.vector wrote:But it might be nice to add two colours per teams db.

Are you sure these aren't copyrighted? The teams Home ground name.
You mean the live game treeview? or all treeviews? I think I'm against it. It would reduce the readibility a lot (except maybe in the live game; but that's a different topic anyway ).We could then make the treeview background the Teams colour

They probably would be. I was thinking of adding bogus ones just like you have the other names etc. People who wanted too could of course then modify them. The teams Home ground name.

Yes sorry I didnt make it clear I meant the live game view for all the above. We could then make the treeview background the Teams colour

I understand tho that it of course creates a complication. You have to always make the text the opposite of the background. I played with a gtk treeview abit and thought it might be easier or better than a pitch image background. Me thinks neither are good ideas
