If you forgot to play with one of the users there should be a dialog.

i'm not sure about this one. you request this because you're playing with two teams at once, but normally multi-player is meant for a couple of people playing hot-seat, and i don't think in such a situation someone would forget to play.

yes, but if one of the plyers hit by accident the space bar instead of F9

oops... now i remember. i left it out because i thought that's an option everybody switches off anyway. i still think this is so, so i guess i'll implement your suggestion rather than this option.
